Proclaim the inclusive love of Jesus the
values and theology that are All Saints heritage and transform the
church, the city, the nation and the world. |

Establish a welcoming, energizing and nurturing
community for everyone visitors, members, families and children that
will encourage each person to move deeper into our parish life. |
|
|
|
|
Provide spiritual and theological education that
encourages all persons of any age individually and in community to
deepen their relationship with God and to develop the skills necessary to translate theological
education into action. |
|
|
|
|
Complete planning, design, construction and fund
raising for the expansion and renovation of the All Saints campus and
joyfully celebrate the dedication of the new facilities. |
|
|
|
|
Establish management systems and processes that
enable All Saints Church to work in an effective manner that facilitates
accountability, transparency and optimal use of resources, both human and
material. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Establish systems for sharing information and
ideas, internally among staff, within the parish community, and externally
with the community and wider world, so that each area of ministry can
effectively communicate its needs and offerings. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ensure that All Saints will be able to continue
its vital mission by establishing a culture of giving that undergirds every
All Saints endeavor and that invites each person to experience the true
peace, joy and freedom that come from giving generously. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Strategic Plan committee will meet and make
final draft considering all input received from this session and Vestry. |
|
Final draft presented and voted on at November
Vestry meeting on 11/6/07. |
|
Start working with staff and committee/ministry
chairs on objectives. |
|
Finalize objectives by end of January 2008. |
